As a former professional soccer player and two-sport standout at Brown University, our founder Kathryn Moos was always a high performing athlete. During this period, Kathryn also had access to the best nutrition.

​After retiring, Kathryn struggled to get the nutrients she needed. She could not find clean and convenient nutrition products that were formulated to support her healthy lifestyle.

So, Kathryn turned her focus to the health industry, where she is creating products to simplify her life and change the way people "on-the-go" get their nutrients.
